Head Start

Welcome to San Jacinto Head Start Preschool

  • Federally funded program that provides a full-day developmentally appropriate preschool instruction for eligible children 2.9 - 4 years of age. (can begin the process at 2.9 years of age but student must be 3 years old at enrollment)
  • Family's income must meet Federal Income Guidelines.
  • Children are admitted into the program based on priority using the Head Start Eligibility Criteria.
  • Head Start is committed to providing an inclusive environment for all children including those with disabilities.
